If I am not an in-network provider on your insurance, I can provide you an itemized statement to submit to your insurance carrier. Payment in full is due at the time of our session.
Most PPO plans offer out of network benefits. It will be important to contact your insurance carrier and ask the following questions:
If you have not met your deductible, the full fee at the time of the session is collected and I will bill your insurance.
I do provide a limited number of reduced-fee sessions per request. Please contact me for more information.
While it's understandable that 'life happens', cancellations or late changes happening within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged at the full session fee.
If you are paying via insurance, you will be responsible for the full fee for any sessions that you miss or cancel within the 24 hour period. Your credit card on file will be used for payment for missed sessions.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of therapy services. This estimate provides an overview of potential charges so you can make informed decisions about your care.
The cost of therapy depends on the frequency and duration of services. Below is an estimate of your expected costs based on standard session rates:
Your total cost will depend on the number of sessions you attend. Because therapy is an individualized process, the length of treatment varies. Some clients attend therapy for a few months, while others engage in long-term support.
For example, if you attend weekly sessions for 3 months (12 sessions):
This is only an estimate—your actual costs may vary depending on your needs and treatment plan.
You are not required to continue therapy for any set number of sessions, and you may stop treatment at any time.

If you have any questions about this estimate or your treatment costs, please don’t hesitate to ask.
